Terms of Use

Last updated 2026-10-31

1. The service

Daktariflow is a web-based system for running a pharmacy, dispensary, health centre or hospital: patient records, queues, consultations, laboratory, pharmacy, billing and reports. It is provided by MIBASOL ("we", "us") to the facility that signs up ("the facility").

2. Your account

The person who signs up must be authorised to act for the facility. The facility is responsible for the staff it adds, the roles it gives them, and for keeping passwords and security codes private.

Administrators must use two-step sign-in. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.

3. Subscription and payment

New facilities get a free trial. After the trial the facility pays the price shown on our website for its facility type, monthly or yearly, by the payment methods we show in the system.

If a subscription ends, there is a short grace period. After it, the system is locked until payment is received. Your data is kept, not deleted, while the facility is locked out.

4. Your data

The patient and business data you enter belongs to the facility. We use it only to provide the service. The facility decides who may see it and is responsible for having the right to record it.

You can ask us for a copy of your facility's data at any time. If you leave, we will give you an export and then delete your data after a reasonable period, except records we must keep by law.

5. Proper use

Use Daktariflow lawfully and for health-care and pharmacy work only. Do not try to access another facility's data, interfere with the service, or share your account. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the qualified health workers who make them; the system supports them but does not replace their judgement.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and backed up, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features, and will tell you before changes that remove something you rely on.

7. Responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the facility paid in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending the agreement

The facility can stop at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or serious misuse, after notice where possible.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. We may update them and will show the new date; continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

Contact details for data requests will be shown here before launch.
